While it has become easier to use, this app does not hold the settings you select. Its default is SD standard definition. It will not retain HD or even a custom setting. It is also difficult to review a recording. It’s difficult to change speeds or advance through a time period. One slightly wrong move & you have to start over.

Hello, who do I get into contact with if a business changed owner ship and has one of your systems in it? We are trying to access them remotely to watch them but can't on your app due to use not being the owners in the system. We bought the store in early April. Please let me know how to fix our access. Why isn’t the HD stay in always by default if that’s what I’ve selected?

Unfortunately the latest update has made the loading of cameras a lot more unstable. They take a long time to come compared to the previous version. Please look into it and address this version.
