Gubagoo

I have been singing in for two days and I can’t log in with the app. Whenever I sign in I put the user name and password only signing in word with white color screen shows up and doesn’t go anywhere. Even I restart my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled also doesn’t help. I can only use on the computer.

Looks like this is a very common Issue, reading the reviews, well my co-workers are experiencing the same thing, at least half of us are. The app sometimes is buggy or just freaks out and kicks me out, which is annoying but manageable, no app is perfect, but I need to be sure I don’t have to login to Gubagoo every couple hours or I miss out on chats. Do I need to set an alarm to remind myself to log back in? That’s the point it’s got to, please fix!

Great tool and I see a lot of potential! I am logged out several times a day though and about once a week I have to delete the app and reinstall because it freezes up .. if I could just stay logged in that would be more convenient

LOGS ME OUT EVERY TIME! Our staff is missing leads because we don’t get notifications and have trouble signing in. Needs to be fixed

All chats are just a blank white screen. I’m on 16.1 beta.

Constantly logs me out.

I’ll join a chat and it send me to whisper mode and I can’t actually chat. If I’m not at my computer or chatting after work then there’s nothing I can do. Usually happens when it’s a Facebook lead Needs to be fixed

This version simply stinks! I am not able to join chats. It shows that I’ve joined and then closes the chat. The only thing it’s good for is the notification that someone’s chatting in to the site.

Seems to be a lot faster than the old one. I’m happy to see they’re adding all the features back in too.
