Hi I cant play this game on my Iphone 13 pro. Its updated IOS phone and i have to uninstall server times and install back please fix the error

I was playing and it said i won but then it said the other person won, and the other person had less people then me but the other person still won, this happend to my nephew too. please change this if u do that ill give it five stars and one last thing it asked me do you want to remove the ads i said yes but still had ads so please fix it to thanks
