I arrived late because at the place to catch bus, my bad. Missed my excursion and was told l will be on the next day, l thought that was nice of them. Next day l show up and a rude young man tells me l am not on list. He asks who l spoke to man or woman. I replied l don’t know it was a phone call. He replies man or woman. I said man and he replies no men work in office. Insinuating l was lying. Not only did l not go to excursion but l was insulted. I choose this company because l had done this excursion with my late husband and it was amazing. I was going to do it with my sister in law. Unfortunately we were unable to do excursion and take a back home a horrible experience.
