I have so many questions about my Fitbit. I found that app and I thought it would help me out by the name of it, it sounded helpful. Until I entered the app I searched up my question and nothing popped up. It might answer about 10 questions in all of maybe anyones questions but, not to me or maybe others.
Can't get any answer except their 10 or so pre-set ones. That's not helpful if your problem isn't one of those!!!!

Not helpful! I asked a question and decided a blank screen. I could not find any instruction as to how to turn on my Fitbit inspire bracelet. Appears I have wasted my money with this purchase.
I have never been able to get help from this app!! When I type in my question it either just sits there or goes to something not even related to my question! VERY FRUSTRATED!!
