Купила платную версию приложения, медитации не отрылись и оплату приложение не увидело. Тем не менее транзакция в iTunes прошла. Ни в одном чате мне не отвечает разработчик по вопросу моей оплаты.

меня все устраивает,вчера ночью никак не могла уснуть из-за бессонницы,но когда я включила медитацию,тут же вырубилась,советую!!

Отличное приложение. Пользуюсь им каждый день. Но есть одна проблема. Раньше было один раз из десяти, а теперь постоянно. Когда ставлю таймер на медитацию, таймер не доходя конца зависает на отметке около 3,5 минут и не оповещает о том что время закончилось. Почините пожалуйста. Спасибо!

Купил подписку на 1 месяц. Через 2 недели выкинуло из приложения, авторизовался заново. 1) В приложении сбросился весь прогресс; 2) Статус аккаунта «бесплатный», те мою покупку сбросили. Впечатление от приложения испорчено.
ОЧЕНЬ УЖ ХОЧЕТСЯ ОБНОВЛЕНИЙ
Мне нравится ваше приложение. Пользуюсь года три. Но, если честно, хотелось бы новых медиаций. За последний год или полтора ничего нового не добавилось в этом плане по ощущениям :( Вот, только что списалось годовая плата за использование, надеюсь, что в 2021 г. добавятся новые темы! 🤞 Ждём?

Отвратительная работа обратной связи и техподдержки! Уже неделю никто не отвечает. Я пробовала пробный период пользования приложением, но забыла отменит годовую подписку. Мне не подходит приложение, я им даже не пользуюсь! Как совершить возврат денежных средств?!
