I want full refund
Please, give me back money for nine weeks i cancelled that app. Even never used that and lost a lot of money. Developers, please change that. And they did it
Charged for nothing
I was charged a “subscription” even after deleting this app quickly. Found it quite difficult to “unsubscribe”, I had to log in to iTunes which I actully never do. Beware of this “greedy trial”. UPDATE Yes sure, I have contacted your customer service and they said no refund. So I have understood this is your business model and that’s it. A subscription is actually a scam in case of this app. Read those many fooled users’ reviews.
