- Black dots are regular notes.
- Red dots are 'root notes'. These are notes of the key you are in.
- Blue dots are 'passing notes'. Including these notes puts you in a Blues mode.

Seems to be abandoned.
Not working on iOS 16. Quits seconds after starting. Sad as I've used it for many years. Hopefully they fix it.
Crashes on iPad Pro
Bought it for my iPad Pro. It just crashes immediately when I open the app. Tried to contact App Support and got no reply.
App refuses to open
App refuses to open on iPad iOS 16.2 I filled out a website contact asking if they knew of any issues, didn’t get a response. Shame, as I recall, it was a fun app on my old, now-dead iPad.
Happy with this
Very happy with this. Easy to jam and follow the scale shapes. (Not working with latest iPadOS beta though!)

I’ve been using this app with all the styles I upgraded and it’s fantastic. My technique and skill have improved so much since I use it … simple, efficient and really clear … good on you guys ! My favourite app by far !!

Why am I only discovering this now? Been playing for over 40 years and this has totally got me out of a rut and made even COVID a bit easier to get through. Would love to see a few more different styles and backing tracks , but.....It’s still a brilliant practice tool. Well done!

Handy app for practicing solos
This is a good app for practicing solos with tracks, and I can only think of two suggestions for future updates. Some people who would use this aren’t as fast as others or beginners, and maybe choices of different tempo in a variety of styles would be good. And where it says “Chords” a visual picture of how the chord is played when you tap on the chord name, or just underneath where it says the chords in the song. It would add further depth to the app and make it better value for money. Otherwise it’s a great simple app.
