Amazing game only one that actually lets me learn guitar, but sorry to say but there r glitches I want to be fixed, when I’m play a part of the song it always starts playing the wrong part of the song, pls Fix, but don’t get me wrong number 1 guitar learning app

Over a week sending messages with no response. Premium membership charged and doesn’t work. Thanks for nothing
App rarely picks up the sound being played so you can’t progress. Was looking forward to this app but no matter what adjustment I make it doesn’t register the notes or sounds. Other apps work fine
