2) Gas Bill Display - Check your (latest 6 bills) Gas Bills and download it in PDF on your mobile phones.
3) Pay your Gas Bills (along with Insta Pay option) - Pay your Gas Bills via Mobile App Payment Gateway and also make payment via Insta Pay option without Login. Payment History available for latest 6 payments.
4) Customer Complaints - Submit your complaints with ease via mobile app and track the status of same.
5) Submit Meter Reading - Submit Meter Reading easily via Mobile App and also track the consumption history in a graphical format.
6) Emergency Numbers- Get the details of location wise emergency numbers on every page of mobile app for immediate dialing.
7) Alerts - Get the alerts for Bill Generation, Payment Reminder, Payment Receipt and Cheque Bounce on you mobile phones.
8) Rate Card/Charges - Get information on current Gas Prices and various other charges.
9) FAQs/Safety - Get answers to various FAQs on the go along with Safety Tips.
10) Update Contact Details - Update your contact details including Mobile No. and Email ID directly from mobile app.

1) Station Locator - Locate our CNG stations on the google map via multiple options including List of CNG Stations, CNG stations near by to your current location and CNG stations between given source and destination.
2) Saving Calculator - Calculate your savings for switching to CNG as fuel as compared to Petrol/Diesel.
3) Kit Suppliers - Get city wise list of authorized CNG Kit Suppliers along with their contact details.
4) Cylinder Testing Centers - Get city wise list of Cylinder Testing Centers along with their address.
5) FAQs - Get answers to various CNG related FAQs on the go.

Terrible User interface
The user interface is not developed as per current app standards. The app is unstable and some sections of the app do not function when required. The customer has to face grueling issues while using the app, and therefore the app does not serve customer interests.

Nice app to make service request for extra gyser point and extra kitchen point

Application buffers a lot. Even to open a single outstanding bill takes 5-10min Kindly look into it solve the bugs make it smooth to use. As online payments are to be made

One of the worst service I faced from gujrat has nearly about 1 year complete I apply my new connections still my connection is not started

Everytime I try to login it says server issue while when we try to login via internet website it works. Developers please develop good app

Whenever required not available stating at present the service requested is not available please try after sometime and customer care number gets disconnected during conversation useless application
