Video freezes after paw patrol

Its not my device. Works on all other games. Fix the damn thing. We hate paw patrol.

Hopeless

Won’t open

Colouring comps

I love this game and like others am totally addicted, however the colouring in ‘games’ are a waste of time and the inability to dismiss them without participating is really annoying.

Takes far too long to update

I can see all the new puzzles etc that have started but I can’t update my game because it doesn’t show that it needs to be updated, then by the time it does, there are only usually a few days left to play the puzzle games etc. my iPad is new so it’s definitely not the iPad

Help desk impossible to find and is of no help at all

At the end of last year I lost all the cities I had played and more than two years of daily sign ins. “HELP DESK” did not even contact me except a auto generated “how did we do” email. So undeterred I started again from scratch however, the makeup of the cities is so changed that it’s virtually impossible to collect enough resources and coins to complete even Sydney! Level 117 so by far the hardest level ever and it’s not even a “hard level”. I’ve tried sooo many times and thrown heaps of hard won coins and boosters at it so WTF! SEND HELP YOUR KILLING ME!

Game crashed after update lost all progress

So I’m in New York at level 105 and I’m doing great I do this new update I go to play and the game has taken me back to level 74 which was extremely difficult to get passed in the first place I also lost all my power ups that I brought with real money and my trip to Paris was gone also all my coins were back to what I had fix this problem I’ve been playing this 2015 6 years now completed Sydney Tokyo and half of Sam Fran and this isn’t the first time the game has crashed I would be in Shanghai now if it wasn’t for it crashing all the time fix the bugs or I’m deleting the game

Can’t get this App to open

Very frustrating after passing through 70 cities...

What have you done !!

I don’t know what you have changed but now I cannot even open the game. Don’t you test the updates before sending them out ? But I already know your response (like all the others) the problem is with your device . Well NO !! Not this time

Game froze lost everything

After 630 days of continuous play my game froze and I followed the instructions and reinstalled it and lost everything. Game was backed up through Game Centre. I have spent hundreds of dollars on this game over the last year and have lost everything. Won’t be starting again, nor playing any other of this developers games.

Gummy Drop Fail

My favourite game but I made the mistake of updating and now it no longer opens on my iPad. Total fail
