Great app functionality, but..
The app functions quite well and I loved that it can sink with the Apple Watch. My disappointment comes with the program itself. The workouts are so long. The main workout is usually upwards of 9, yes 9!! exercises and this is a 5 day per week program! Working full time it is impossible to fit this in without being in the gym very late hours or waking up super early…would need to be before 5 am for me…which then negatively impacts my sleep. Anyway a simple effective program does not need to be more than 1 hour.
