Guns & Ammo Reviews

After purchasing the magazine and digital content, the app fails to load the magazine and ALWAYS prompts you to make a purchase over and over again.

Guns and Ammo

Can’t find a better source for technical information on all the new comers and old firearms anywhere. All the articles are written by Experts in their field. Whether it’s Revolver’s, handguns, even new carbines that are popular, along with bolt action precision shooters. I enjoy just soaking up all the information about the caliber, format, and expected accuracy for each and every firearm reviewed.

Terrible app

Never keeps track of subscription or purchases. Constantly being told don’t have access

I subscribed but I get nothing

RGUL8TR on

I subscribed ($13.99) via Apple iPhone. I open the app and I get nothing. It says “Nothing Here” tap to reload. I’ve done all that and still get nothing. A waste of 13.99 and my time.

Log in again and you get the preview version of your subscription only. It worked only one time, and since no versions change the problem. Whoever is in charge of the digital apps needs to find another profession. The CEO, does this person not care either? My subscription will not renew unless this is resolved.

Terrible app

This app has always been problematic, when ever they update it you are locked out, you follow the instructions and still locked out. There are better gun magazines out there that you do NOT have to go through this crap every time!!!!!!!

Terrible Account Creation Process - Now Showing I’m Not Subscribed

Steve..L on

United States

All, I subscribe to many print and digital magazines and I have never had soooo much trouble getting an account created and even being able to login as Guns and Ammos app. The Create Account option locked up. At that point, I wasn’t for sure if it got created. Tried to login, but the app said I didn’t exist. Went to create the account again, but the app said I was logged in (how is that possible since I “didn’t exist”?). Clicked logout and attempted to create the account again. This time, I got 3 different confirm emails. Clicked the first one and I was informed that I had already used this code (impossible since that was the first time I opened the email). Click the second one and then was informed that I was confirmed. Logged in again and I don’t see my issues. Everything is in preview. Found the section where it said I needed to pay $5.99 for the issue. Clicked Restore Purchases and nothing. Still can’t determine if I’m even logged in. I give up. Not worth the effort. I’ll just stick with the printed version. App developers need to take some lessons from the other digital media companies that actually know how to design.

Disappointing

Signed up for a digital sub. for guns and ammo as well as handguns. Got the login information for Guns and Ammo but nothing around handguns. The developer response to most questions seems to be to write to customer support. Well, if most people have to do that, the devs are doing a pretty bad job. That and you don’t get to see how awful the app experience is till you pay and get sent a link in your email. A link that doesn’t always work and needs multiple attempts. Finally, you don’t get access to older issues. I subscribed in the first week of December and have access to only the Jan issue. I can already guess what the crappy developer response is going to be. Stay away from this garbage.

GARBAGE stay away

Nothing but trash like Obama and Biden. Garbage app wont connect to server, and screen display will not flip on iPad when trying to sign. Tried to use browser instead but need account# from the mail hard copy. I suspect this publication is owned by Obama and team. Yes I just lost $12+ on digital subscription

Rip off

Palkat on

United States

Suppose to get free access to digital with paid subscription. Yeah right, you only get to read the digital content if you pay again for it. What a scam. Guns and ammo might have just lost a subscriber.
