Terrible upgrades and customer service
This game would be good if the upgrades were actual improvements but keeps getting worse and worse every upgrade. Plenty of flaws and errors. Connection issues (most of times the game restarts just when you are about to win a battle or a challenge). Cheating players. Equipment and/or troops not working properly especially after upgrading them. If you report any of these bugs, you just get an automatic email where they ask you for evidence and then they just stop responding. I’m a paying customer of the game and I regret wasting my money on a game with such bad developers and customer support.
