I have played this game before. When I purchased my new iPad I am unable to go further than the tutorials as the site does not respond to the purchase after initial two rounds of tutorial. Please look into this matter.
Incredibly poor servers
Even with a strong internet connection this game can’t connect to it’s servers. I have been playing this game for years and it wasn’t used to rely so heavily on the “always on online service” but nowadays to make any effective progress you must be connected to the internet. This is where it breaks apart by constantly spitting out a “poor connection” message meanwhile still somehow being able to serve me the ads that require internet cuz why not. The Devs must take notice of this and fix their damn game servers first for once rather than spending every second thinking how to monetise anything that moves.
