This has one of the best implementations of waypoints or transit points I've found in a GPS app. Select start and end points, and if the selected route is not to your liking just long press on a preferred waypoint, and the route is intelligently adjusted accordingly.
Having said that, the voice guidance is perhaps not the best, with instructions coming too late or too early. I'm still trying the app out, and it has both shortcomings and advantages, but I think it might very well end up my preferred navigation app.
