Just ordered from the app and we were close to the Frenchs store but it went to the St Ives store despite not being near it. I thought the app was supposed to select the nearest closest store. Not the first time this has happened. We then had to go further and took longer to get our food. 🤬not happy.

The phone number verification thing isn’t working and is sending me the same code EVERY TIME! I just wanted a burrito man…

i ordered food for them to forget a burrito and had to make it while i was waiting(i went to pick up) everything but the burrito was cold when i got home, i got a enchilada and the tortilla was torn to peices and wet, the paper of the container was pulled up stuck on the tortilla and the chips where soggy and avocado was hard as a rock, never ordering again

I have used the GYG app ten times now, as I like to give things a chance. Of those ten times, I have had three cancellations, 5 orders with missing extras that I paid extra for and two orders that took well over an hour to arrive and when they did the food had gone cold and soggy. For the cancellations, it took me almost a week to get my money back each time. For the orders with missing ingredients, I never got my money back and nor was I compensated. They can take your money immediately, but can’t refund it immediately. Seems suspicious and I will be reporting them to the ombudsman for this, especially when a cancelled order is involved, why is there no immediate refund. I’m still waiting for over $45 to be refunded. This is disgusting. I recommend going in person or using another food delivery app like DoorDash; they would never be so brazen on there.

When reordering, it forgets that items were bundled into a meal - as in when reordering again it drops chips and drinks off where they were part of a meal previously. Very frustrating as you think you’re reordering your last order and it forgets to include things

The amount of marketing spam abuse through notifications is out of control. Have to turn the whole thing off.

App always slow. Always spin spin spin. When spin you can’t use it. Annoying Every time I want to open another pop up 😢 GOMEX didn’t know I could use in my local store hard to find. Do like mad mex and add to my Apple Pay and I might use it more. So so so so so long to order. Click click click spin change my restaurant click click spin. all I want is a burrito not write you an essay on my life 🌯 Food good though and my local store is friendly

app has been broken for a few weeks now, it keeps saying there was a problem with my order

Logging in is a nightmare app refreshes multiple times before you even finish typing the email and password. Saved or favourite orders cannot be selected for reuse as the app freezes. App is pretty useless 90% of the time and is not convenient to use. Normally takes me a good 30 minutes to log in and then order. When you finally do get an order through food is so inconsistent over their many restaurants and hygiene is clearly not a priority. Containers are always covered in food and sauces. Serves are small and uneven with ingredients, like heaps of rice hardly any beans or meat no cheese and hardly any pica. Very disappointing all round.

Was advertised as free socks for using app when in store even though they had a large sign out the front advertising this they said they couldn’t give them out because it wasn’t printing on the receipts?
