Did i just buy this for nothing.. please fix this issue Im using ipad M1..

App wont pair issue still persist
Hi, Issue with pairing with the device still persist. IOS is updated to version 13.2.3. Please note that they wont connect though the same wifi is enabled. Error says,” not connected to the dame wifi”. Hi please address issue with app problem with pairing to the device. It says not connected to the same network but it does. Already updated with the latest version of your app and ios. Thanks
