We have used this app at our company for years and years. It ties in with our server seamlessly. Ghost Pattern Support is the greatest. Very responsive to our questions, suggestions, and the rare issues that might pop up. Typically, we receive response within 1 day of contact. Highly rated and respected in our book.
I downloaded this app so that I could get my work email on my phone. When I got through the setup it told me there was a subscription fee required. Why am I having to pay to get my work email? It actually says that it is for business so why do individuals have to pay? Shouldn’t that be covered by the business that “owns” the email? I’m very disappointed.
I expected the app to alert me the moment a new email comes in. Not the case. I tries each fetch setting, etc. Nothing alerts. I have to manually open the app and be staring at it or else I miss new emails.
Please add a button. There is no easy way to add attachments with doubt it!!!
The app occasionally doesn’t include send message when sent. So I type a response and the individual I send it to had a blank response. This is happening more and more and to other employees at work as well.
I hate technology, but this app does exactly what I needed it to do with great reliability. Lets me color code, I can use it on both my phone and desktop, allows me to post repeating activities,etc. Probably there’s a bunch of other stuff that I don’t know about. And on the few occasions when something’s gone wrong, their support team was great.
I've been using this app for about 3 years now and it doesn't disappoint; it's exactly what I need to complete my everyday tasks while mobile. It's easy to see that the developer put a lot of time and care into the UI and UX. The functionality is superior in every way to the webaccess web app, and you get the added bonus of it running as a native iPhone app with push notifications. The app receives regular updates and speedy bug fixes. I absolutely recommend this app to anyone who has Groupwise and needs to be productive on the go!
I’m glad I found this app! It makes it so much easier to access my work email. I’m glad that the app keeps improving over time.
This may be the worst app that I have used. GroupWise has deficient integration with the iPhone SE 2021 version. This app was supposed to help. It is worse. If there is a solution, I sure would like to know what it is.
Clearly worse than every other email app possible.
