Updated Review 6/15/23 I’ll uninstalled and reinstalled the app - which I should not have to do. I’m almost positive this is the third time I’ve had to do so since ever using the app to begin with. Let’s see what happens as I continue to the use the app, now that it presents itself as functional. Original Review 6/13/23 For a mobile app that’s supposed to be helpful, this app won’t even open for me. It’s updated, my iOS is fully updated, and it opens and crashes. If this gets fixed, I am willing to change my review, but at the current time, the app is pointless.

The app simply crashes upon clicking the icon. Full-stop. Hah

App may have had its problems. Now it seems to work just fine.

Apparently they updated the app and now it won’t open at all. Terrible

I can’t even open the app anymore—it goes blank as soon as it launches.

Difficult to navigate, boring to look at, a real disappointment from the old website and app. Definitely took the inexpensive route and it shows.

I don’t know how this app could get any worse. And then… it did. It doesn’t work. If this is a ploy to get us into the library, it’s working.

This app doesn’t work. Why did you change from the old one. It’s not easy to use and I can’t do the simplest thing-renew!!! Fix it or take it down!!!!!

Press app icon, appears to start then disappears to device background, UI does not display

Won’t open at all anymore, so now uninstalled & will reinstall. Frustrating cause I just need to renew a book real quick….
