Galaxy Flex 3 panels require firmware version 3.13 as a minimum
Galaxy Flex 1 panels require firmware version 1.0 as a minimum

Slechte app, complete systeem ook slecht
Bediening van het hele systeem veel te omslachtig, complex. App zeer slecht; onbegrijpelijk voor zo’n duur, “professioneel” systeem … Treurig!
FaceID is not proper implementeren
Typing a User code is less secure then using FaceID. Other people can see me typing the code. Please make this app more secure. All modern banks have implemented FaceID instead of typing a code. Why don’t you? Is there not enough security knowledge or commitment available at Honeywell?
Slecht functioneerde app
Berichten komen niet aan, app kan soms geen verbinding met paneel maken, is traag. Wat mij helemaal verbaast is dat Honeywell zonder berichtgeving externe ip adressen aanpast, waardoor je weer f.t.c. fouten op je paneel krijgt. Zoiets moet je toch in de app melden? Wanneer kom er eens een update?
Werkt slecht
Kan regelmatig niet verbinden met mijn alarmsysteem.
Finally biometrics, but wait… 😞
Finally the devs have been integrated the long awaited biometric ID authentication… But what a bummer! It’s only being used the enter the app… Come on devs, you can do more! Let us create a default user and a default panel which is connected to FaceID/TouchID, so we can log in to our panels with one touch in the app!!

onhandige en slecht functionerende app: van ene op andere moment niet meer te verbinden met device.
Heel erg slecht
Extreem slecht! Werkt vaak niet of slecht en piept om geen reden. Alles slecht!!
Inloggen drama
Inloggen is dramatisch dan weer wel dan weer niet
Inloggen lukt niet meer!
Graag assistentie, maar ook daar krijg ik geen contact mee?!
