Feedback for GXSBank Mobile App:difficult to open account
I recently attempted to open a new account, but unfortunately, the experience was frustrating. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to retrieve my SingPass information due to a persistent error message. Disappointingly, the issue remained unresolved even after contacting the customer service team. To improve the overall user experience, I strongly suggest that the app be further developed to address these technical issues and provide seamless services to customers. Rating: 1 Hope to see improvements in the future
