I cant track my order or contact any customer support

Can’t find my digital code! And I cannot generate it at all! It’s been a day and no one is responding!!!! No emails, no phones! Not even Instagram!!!!!

How many times, im asking about my purchased item, not even a onegood reply and support from their staff. The bad thing also most of my purchases are fully paid😡

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I paid for a gift card that I never got and this is the 4th day, I called and was lied to. Customer service stopped picking up my call and after I requested a refund no response.

you have the most awful customer service ,i ordered a gift card and it had been purchased but didn't receive it yet ,after 5 days i called several times and at least your customer service said it was out of stock so i applied for refund and i still haven't recieve amount in my account
