I have been using this app for like 7 or 8 years now. It has been perfect to allow me to build various workout plans with my own custom exercises as well as tracking weights and sets and PRs. The BEST app I had found for this purpose. I also want to give a shoutout to the developer. This guy has consistently updated this app to ensure I can stull use it after all these years. My teenage son has just started working out with me and he loves it as well!
Easy to use, affordable, and reliable. I have sworn by it for years.
It took them 4 years and some change of asking but they finally wore me down and got this review, overall it’s a really solid app and is excellent for keep track of your exercises and PRs.
I have been using this app for 5 years and I have always been satisfied. I enjoy the simplicity of use and the given timer between sets. I am sure there are many things that could be added, but again, the simplicity keeps it functional and easy to use.
Excellent app, but I wish they have a web version as well.
Best app out there except I can’t enter my email anywhere to back up my data. Any help would make this 5 stars.
Pros: It keeps track of sets and reps from your last session so you don’t have to remember. You’re not limited to pre-programmed exercises so you can name your own. And the timer buzzer is brief and doesn’t mess with your gym jams. Cons: Sessions aren’t synch’d to my Apple watch and the timer only offers set increments of 30 seconds, 1 minute, 1 minute 30, etc., so it’d be nice to set your own rest time.
I have been consistently lifting using this app for approximately 4 years now. I have switched phones several times and had to restore from backups. I have never had any issue with any of the functions that have been built into the product it works superbly every time. That being said there are a few options that could use some tweaks or additions that would make this app unstoppable. First off the tweets, while the workout logging and tracking is excellent the input steps for weight or other vitals is a bit of a chore and could use some simplification. For additions integration with apple health for workout logging and Apple Watch support would be fantastic. Also and this one that I honestly was surprised wasn’t already available, daily and weekly volume totaling, so that accurate and simple training volume metrics could be easily recorded. Other than those few things and even without them this app is worth 2.99 any day of the week. You won’t regret the custom exercise builder or the copy function for previous workouts.
Great app for my workouts. Use it all the time.
