Welcome To Gym Rest !
Gym Rest is an App specifically designed for Apple Watch !
Will allow to keep track of your gym sessions directly from your Apple Watch!
The iPhone App is only a companion App and contains only the instruction and the session saved from your Apple Watch !
FOR THIS REASON
DON'T BUY GYM REST IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN APPLE WATCH !
First of all make sure to turn off "Do Not Disturb", enable Notification and enable access to your Health Data to allow Gym Rest to monitor your heart rate and calories burned during your gym sessions!!
From Your Apple Watch, at your first launch you have an empty database, so use use Force Touch to add a new preset
Use the Digital Crown to set the Number of Series, the Rest time and the Rest Time before the following preset
Save your preset and choose it from your database
Start your activity Health Data monitoring using Force Touch
Choose you preset, run your first series and when you have finished touch the center button and the timer start the countdown with the set Rest time
Some second before the end of Rest time you receive a notification to inform that the rest is almost finished !
And so again and again... after all series the last Rest time will you prepare for the next preset !
When you will stop monitoring your session data will be sended and saved to iPhone and with HandOff you con easly and quickly open Gym Rest on your iPhone !
For quick access to Gym Rest use the Gym Rest Complication in any Watch Face that allow it !!
If you use Siri Watch Face Siri will learn your habits and suggest you to start a session with Gym Rest when you will arrive at the gym.
Now it's your time ,put the iPhone in your locker and start your workout with your Apple Watch !!

Does what it has to
The app works fine on the Apple Watch and there is no known issue with the latest WatchOS 7 and iOS 14. A must every time I hit the gym!
App inutilizzabile
Iphone x ed apple watch 5 L’app è inutilizzabile per continui crash. Non capisco perché non soddisfa i criteri di rimborso itunes visto che l ho comprata 5 minuti fa ed ho chiesto il rimborso.
Dovrebbe costare 10 centesimi

Aggiornate questa applicazione che è ottima ma si blocca o sparisce il quadrante sull’apple Watch ,non si possono eliminare le sessioni e non fa più terminare l’allenamento!!!! Così non serve più
AGGIORNATE!
L’app sarebbe da 5 stelle, ma non si riesce più a stoppare la sessione di allenamento una volta avviata, aggiornate! Altrimenti diventa del tutto inutile
Indispensabile App
Che dire, cercavo in rete un'app utile per la palestra, magari interfacciabile con l'apple watch ed è bastato fare una ricerca in rete perché emergesse questa ottima ma semplice interfaccia. Anche il programmatore, interpellato in privato, dopo aver scaricato l'app, si è reso disponibile per qualsiasi domanda e spiegazione cosa di non poco conto al giorno d'oggi. Funziona benissimo, semplice da configurare e fa ciò che serve nulla di più. Si interfaccia automaticamente con tutte le app native dell'iPhone (salute). A breve, mi è stato annunciato, non ci sarà neanche più bisogno di avere l'iPhone nei paraggi ma si sincronizzerà una volta riconnesso con il device. La consiglio vivamente. Soldi ben spesi!!!!

Applicazione ben realizzata, indispensabile per chiunque vada in palestra, non vi scorderete più in che momento dovete ricominciare o quante serie avete già fatto. Complimenti!!
Finalmente!!!!
E da quando è uscito l'apple watch che cercavo un'app del genere, e questa funziona alla perfezione!!
