Great tool to keep closer look on progress and execution.
Such a badly designed app. Adding in exercises is a nightmare and the timer pauses if you go out of the app to answer emails or read the internet while doing cardio. Add in that they don’t have cardio like elliptical machines as well and you have a very disappointing experience.
I found this app very useful amidst this pandemic when you have to stay at home. With lots of workouts, the videos or gifs are clear to follow.
I’m sure this app is a great one to help you lose weight, but it is misleading. In many critical reviews the developer has responded that there is a free version available, but where? Wouldn’t it be under the other apps the developer has made? Not to mention they have also responded to the issue of people complaining about paying by saying to just close the tab that offers a membership. That doesn’t make sense as even after you do that it still forces the membership options upon you. It was confusing overall. That truly was my only issue with the app. Again, if you have the means to be able to pay for the subscription go for it. Based on other reviews it looks to be worth it.
Great App, probably best out there, gives you options
😍👍👍
Easy and effective. I love it!
This app was cool because it used to have a lot of plans, but they just deleted most of them after the last update. Its a shame, I literalha not acces to my trainings anymore.
Has some good features. It’s about average in terms of user friendliness. Some features are a little confusing to use or buggy. Exercise catalog is fine and the ability to add custom exercises is great! Mostly using the app to track PRs over time.
