Using for a year now and so far so good! Customer service helpful if any issues and it’s an easy to use platform. There is room for improvement and I’m sure that GymCatch will continue to develop on these though! Very much happy!

I am enjoying using the app so far. I would like the option to export a booking to my personal calendar, this would make it even better.

Clunky and poor interface had to delete and re install due to random error messages

Using Gymcatch has completely changed the game for our business. Allowing members to book on, pay & control their membership all in one place. The support from Gymcatch is amazing, customer service is great & so quick. Definitely recommend!

I attend Zumba classes & the booking system for classes & packages is really easy. My 1 complaint is that you can’t delete any of the messages - hence 4* rating, any chance this can be changed?

Despite my notifying them that my wife Georgina died in 2022 the app still continues to send her notifications

I’m a Private Personal Trainer and recently started running Small Group Classes in the studio I’m currently working. I was looking for an app for my classes especially- and found GymCatch simply brilliant, has all of the features I needed for that, not to mention the price is affordable for the features even with extra bolt on-s. As a self employed person it helps me a ton with organising the bookings and finances side and I can now have a peace of mind around that, too. Building up the system might seem to bit tricky first, but once you get the gist of it and know what you’re doing, the set-up is very smooth. The videos are also helpful: very well detailed and easy to follow + the customer service is excellent. Simon and Ollie are so kind and helped me a ton, as a newbie I felt lost in the beginning, but not anymore. Highly recommend!

The app is ok, but my out of date bookings do not disappear, which clutters my bookings history. I do not see any way to clear the backlog, so please could you add a feature to clear old bookings or reverse the date order to latest date first. Thanks!

The app is amazing but I don’t seem to be able to search by location. If I search for a class it shows me classes from all over the country which isn’t helpful at all
