I don’t usually write reviews but this app has been great. Booking classes, managing my membership, topping up credits, etc has all been super intuitive and easy. My previous gym had an app as well but it never did what I needed and I always ended up having to speak with a staff member. This has been so much better! If your gym supports it, definitely get the app and save your self a lot of time and hassle.
Unfortunately unable to access information about my gym membership. I found the app frustrating to navigate and a bad user experience.
Could do with the ability to report feedback in-app. Should be able see position in the waiting list and have the option to remove yourself from the waiting list with no charge. (Might be club specific and I don’t ever plan on cancelling late) but I noticed it costs more to cancel a late booking than just to not show up… doesn’t incentivise people to cancel beforehand if they aren’t going to turn up. Works well apart from the above.
