En los primeros 30 días, notará lo fácil que es crear transformaciones para mejorar su conciencia corporal. Después de sólo 90 días, te preguntarás quién es esta versión mejorada de ti mismo en el espejo.

SUPER APP, aber Verbesserungswürdig!
Die ist im Vergleich die beste, die ich kenne. Was mich, aber ein wenig stört ist, dass die App manchmal hängt und nur mit Internet funktioniert. Auch zu verbessern ist, dass man bei einem Training keine weitere Übung hinzufügen kann falls man spontan eine neue ausprobiert. Auch könnte das Gewicht Kommazahlen enthalten und ein Dropsatz wäre auch gut.

Nutzt du diese App zum tracken meine Kraft im Training. Besser gehts nicht.
Tolle App
Vielen Dank für diese tolle App. Zu erwähnen ist, dass sie vollkommen gratis und ohne Werbung ist ❤️ Kleiner Bug: Die Funktion von nur Wiederholungen im Training funktioniert nicht richtig.
Tastatur wird nicht ausgeblendet (iPhone)
Leider blendet sich die Tastatur nach Eingabe einer neuen Übung nicht wieder aus. Somit lassen sich keine neuen Übungen bestätigen bzw. Hinzufügen. Schade, sonst 5/5 Punkten
Simple aber effektiv
Ich nutze die App zum Tracken meiner Progression und es hilft optimal! Mein Highlight ist tatsächlich die Berechnung meines Kaloriendefizit. Super einfach und es hilft ungemein.

Great helper with the sport activity that you do
Important that you can set custom timers, sounds and voice are really cool also because you should not bother yourself looking at the screen and loose the attention from Training! Thanks!
