While creating a custom plan, I'm missing the possibility to duplicate workouts for different week days. For instance, I've built 3 workouts that I wanted to do twice a week. For that I have to replicate them in order to have my full week of workouts. If I had a way of telling the app I'd repeat the same workout, it'd save me a lot of effort. Also, whenever I change something in one workout (loads or repetitions) I have to change it in the mirrored workout, because the app doesn't understand it's the same thing.
Proposta é boa, mas tem um defeito graves na programação.
Após montagem do plano, os exercícios são multiplicados, se vc tenta apagar os duplicados, o app renicializa. Já deixei meu feedback no site, não tive retorno. Uma pena, os recursos propostos são excelentes, mas o app não funciona.

Уже больше 5 лет использую как дневник. Ничего лишнего - только то, что нужно и автоматический учет времени между подходами
Подписка дороговата
Приложение в целом ок, но пользоваться им без подписки практически невозможно, подписка в свою очередь стоит неоправданно дорого, плюсом ко всему и доверия нет к приложению судя по отзывам. Дизайн и реализация довольно приятные, к слову.

Покупал с премиумом 5 лет назад. Всё работало. Теперь даже не понимаю статус подписки.
После обновления на 2.0 слетели все программы. Куча крутилок при создании своей тренировки глючат. Нормально ввести показатели нереально, курсор летает сам по полям.
Если не собираетесь покупать тренировки а писать программы самостоятельно - приложение не для вас.
Возвращаюсь к блокнотику, он хоть записи не стирает.
История
Если за что и стоило заплатить так это за исторические данные, которые уверен при желании вы могли перенести или дать инструкции как пользователю самому сгрузить и загрузить обратно.
А так согласен с коллегами по спорт залу, пришел в зал открыл книгу вижу фигу.
А чтобы по новой заполнить всю программу нужно вам оплатить подписку, похоже на что нас имеют за наши же деньги.

Что-то пошло не так
Пользовался на протяжении 5 лет. Были свои тренировки. В один момент приложение обновилось, тренировки исчезли, возможность внесения своих тренировок пропала без подписки. Синхронизация ни к чему не привела. Спрашивается, зачем это приложение?
Все сломалось
Все сломалось после обновления: нет черной темы, не работает «+» в процессе тренировки для прибавления веса, в конце тренировки нет информации о времени и тоннаже ((( верните все как было, плиз
