I saw in my eyes while setting with the accountant that they have all My cards including the debt account ones. Which was never disclosed to anyone

They are the worst gym. I begged them to cancel. They said they cannot before a year is over. I said then cancel then. They then did not respond. Now they automatically renewed and after 5 months saying I need to pay the pending. I don’t have a job. I’m on visit visa. But they need me to pay. Horrible team.

When I stop going to the gym, collection company called asking for money bec the contract auto renewed even after completing one year, itis service I donot want stop charge and steal my money now they want to sue me what a joke

The application had a problem of generating the QR code for more than a month and I was not able to access the gym all that time because of the issue in the app. After trying to contact them multiple times with all the waiting and time wasting they couldn’t solve it. And later it got solved after almost 45 days “by itself”!

Sorry to say this, but I was wrongly assigned for 12 months. Agent fully confused me as explained for him I need gym only for 3 months as I leave location soon. Instead of that he assigned me for 12 months. When I noted this they said it was my choice!!! I several times asked to cancel subscription but they did not. As I final I used facility for 3 months and 9 months not. But they took money without any shame! Highly not recommend!!!

Guys you need to fix the app, I reinstall it so many time, still I can’t book classes

I have faced one of the worst experience with your gym as no customer service No update No email response No what’s up response I have asked to change membership from wife to son name , after suffering and multiple requests it was approved. Then my son was denied from using the premises due to none payment which was auto debited on the due date Now no one is calling or replying to my mail , Whats up communication and the auto debit is trying to collect the payment despite multiple communication to cancel the subscription

The app always gives error when you try to open any content. You can never see what available classes are there.
