Gymondo: Fitness & Yoga

After I downloaded the app, it kept switching into German, even after I switched it back to English it would continue to change to German when I logged in.

After having the app for a month I decided this app wasn’t for me. I signed up for a year subscription when I first downloaded it because I normally sign up for a year since the deals are better. So of course I tried to cancel my subscription so I could get a refund back. I contacted app support and I was told that getting a refund wasn’t the there problem and I had to contact Apple. So I did what they said and cancelled my subscription, after a month later I never received a refund, so I decided to contact Apple and they said I can’t receive a refund. I mentioned the issue to the app support and they said there’s nothing they can do either. I followed all the correct steps for cancelling my subscription because this app wasn’t for me and now I’m out $122.03. Don’t bother signing up for the subscription service because no matter what this app and Apple will screw you over and you won’t be able to get your money back.

I lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks just by following the workouts and recipes on this app. I haven’t seen a huge change like this in years. Gymondo does work if you give it your all! 👍🏻

The quick, high intensity workouts are exactly what I need. You don’t stop moving, but they go quickly and you feel and see results.

Videos are all German! Would av continued my subscription but canceling now. Can’t understand the instruction at all. It’s a shame, I really wanted to like this. Ordered because of a YouTube video I saw of Sophie.

Seit Jahren nutze ich die App. Riesenauswahl an Workouts und Programmen. Immer wieder neues. Für wirklich jeden ist was dabei. Fünf Sterne Kritik? Die App auf dem Apple TV (Version 2.6.2 vom 1.Apr.2022 ???) hat mal ein Update verdient, da ich z.B. Gymondo hauptsächlich dort (im Wohnzimmer) nutze. Stürzt zuverlässig jedesmal ab wenn man nach einem Workout bewertet „zu leicht, genau richtig, etc….“ Wünsche? Ein drittes Programm sollte im Trainingsplan möglich sein um variabler zu sein.

Seit einiger Zeit zeigt die App immer wieder an, dass ich kein Abo hätte obwohl ich ein Lifetime Abo habe. Das Streaming auf den TV zum Training funktioniert mehr schlecht als recht und an den Kundensupport braucht man sich gar nicht erst wenden. Hier bekommt man keine Hilfe ohne zunächst sämtliche Kaufbelege von vor einigen Jahren vorzulegen. Ich gehe gerne wieder zu Freeletics
