Language issue?

After I downloaded the app, it kept switching into German, even after I switched it back to English it would continue to change to German when I logged in.

Don’t expect a refund on your subscription

After having the app for a month I decided this app wasn’t for me. I signed up for a year subscription when I first downloaded it because I normally sign up for a year since the deals are better. So of course I tried to cancel my subscription so I could get a refund back. I contacted app support and I was told that getting a refund wasn’t the there problem and I had to contact Apple. So I did what they said and cancelled my subscription, after a month later I never received a refund, so I decided to contact Apple and they said I can’t receive a refund. I mentioned the issue to the app support and they said there’s nothing they can do either. I followed all the correct steps for cancelling my subscription because this app wasn’t for me and now I’m out $122.03. Don’t bother signing up for the subscription service because no matter what this app and Apple will screw you over and you won’t be able to get your money back.

I lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks just by following the workouts and recipes on this app. I haven’t seen a huge change like this in years. Gymondo does work if you give it your all! 👍🏻

Videos are all German! Would av continued my subscription but canceling now. Can’t understand the instruction at all. It’s a shame, I really wanted to like this. Ordered because of a YouTube video I saw of Sophie.
