It’s requiring an update but it doesn’t want to update. Stuck at 0%

It's a good experience. After the correct connection, blood oxygen, blood pressure, heart rate, etc. can be detected. After turning on the automatic detection and wearing for a period of time, the whole product experience is still very good! My father has a bit of a tachy heart rate, which he can show very well.

This is the worst. I’m so upset I’ve spent money on this ring. The app randomly unbinds the ring and I can never rebind. I have to uninstall the app, reinstall multiple times and then it may connect. Junk!

This does not connect to my Bluetooth. I had it connected and then it dropped it now it doesn’t connect it all, and the instructions are very vague.

After 2 weeks and the last update the ring died. No lights, will not attach to the magnetic charger. Enjoyed it while it lasted. But ring no longer works.

App does not work

That is what is important to me. Durability and longevity remain to be seen. I'm happy with the accuracy; I checked the BP and HR against my doctor’s equipment, and they were within the acceptable margin of error. Battery life could be better, but it charges quickly. So far, so good.

I finally got this app to work. It took me about 4 hours to troubleshoot because the instructions were very limited. So far everything is tracking just fine and there hasn’t been any disconnection at all. The info seems to be very thorough. I will say I have no idea how I finally got this to work. I had deleted and reloaded the app several times without success. I’m just glad I got it going.

Won’t stay connected doesn’t automatically keep track like they claim on Amazon
