No possible to view your profile or see your reservations. A bit pointless…. Zero functionality. Urgent need to invest in this app.

Was working about a month ago on my iPhone, now pages will not load. Have deleted and re-added but still not working.

The hotels are wonderful. I’ve booked through the app before, but it’s not been working for days now. Have deleted and reloaded to no avail. Cannot load any booking data for any of their hotels. I saw the room and rate I wanted before the app failed, but can’t get it now. It’s a members’, online rate so can’t get it over the phone. Tried repeatedly. Not fit for purpose. If I can’t get the rate, I’ll have no choice but to book a different hotel - your poor app is losing customers H10!

Does not work and can’t see what your trying to book needs fixing asap as a members of H10 this is very poor

The app is fundamentally broken and badly engineered. It follows now intuitive logic and has not been platform tested or user tested. This must be doing more damage to H10 business than creating a multi channel enhancement. Sorry guys but you need to go back to the drawing board and start again with better skilled engineering and business requirements.

Simply does not work. When selecting a hotel the page remains blank and nothing happens. Have the developers released this without testing it first?

What a fabulous hotel! Excellent location, lovely modern rooms. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is in a lovely room and lots of selection of great quality, would definitely recommend

I have an iPhone. Installed and uninstalled this twice. Can’t navigate around it. Menu selections don’t work. Pages show up blank. What is the point of having an App that’s available for iPhone when it literally doesn’t work!!!
