I had an easy time connecting, and the app has frequencies that are tunable. I bought and returned Bose hearing aids, because they didn’t Bluetooth with my phone. These do, cost half, and while the sound isn’t extraordinary, I can listen to news and podcasts, without having to wear headphones or earbuds. These are my first hearing aids, and they seem to work, for a fraction of what others cost. I hope they last.
Hearing aids work pretty well by themselves, but because they cannot connect to this non-functioning app, the aids cannot change modes. The aids are sold with “support “, which isn’t support at all, it’s a warranty.
