Laura at the 4th st location in Ontario ca, is bad for business, horrible customer service skills and awful attitude. Laura is not who you want representing your company.

Friends are constantly getting offers and I never get any. Trying to figure out how your points program works because it does not seem to be working for me.

I absolutely love the food, but it would really be great if they could get the orders correct as well as train their customer service, and not leave orders sitting on the counter when the customers standing waiting for them right in front of them. Maybe they should greet customersand double check that the orders accurate before making it.

I love Habit and had ordered the Santa Barbara Char and tempura green beans. I told my son how good Habit Burger is, but he didn’t believe me until he tried a bite. He doesn’t even like avocado, but loved the Santa Barbara. So he decided to order one for himself. I convinced him to take a bite of the tempura green beans and he liked them as well and ordered some for himself. Best burgers in town and great sides!

I usually cook I enjoy cooking good food , but I have not been feeling well enough to cook for myself , so I have been ordering food , I must say it has been a little pricey I ordered burgers from various locations and I even went to a burger drive threw and I have been sooo disappointed I even froze one of my hamburger sandwiches I could not finish eating I open the freezer door and look at it and remember how bad it tasted I’ve been thinking of taking it back to show them in store! I honestly was expecting to be disappointed all of the hamburgers that I ordered were like $30 $40, small like the size of a kids meal cold cold same thing with the potato fry’s 🤯 👆🏻🫵🏻✍🏻🥰🤩MY POINT IS THAT I ORDERED FROM HABIT BURGER PLACE ON A WHIM AND IT WAS THE BEST SANDWICH HAMBURGER I HAVE EVER HAD AND THIS INCUDES DINE IN EXPERIENCE IT WAS SOOOO DELICIOUS I HONESTLY WANTED TO CRY LOL I WAS EXPECTING ANOTHER DISAPPOINTMENT . THAT DAY I WAS SO HUNGRY I WAS SHAKING AND I HAD NOTHING TO COOK AND I WAS NOT FEELING WELL AT ALL AND WHEN I SAW THE BURGER IT WAS BEAUTIFUL LOL THE PRESENTATION WAS RESTAURANT QUALITY AND WHEN I TRIED IT ! IT WAS LIKE SEEING COLOR FOR THE FIRST TIME , OR FIREWORKS , I ALMOST ATE THE CONTAINER , I STILL HAVE THE BAG IT CAME IN LOL ! FOR ME ,- IN MY OPINION IT WAS WORTH THE 25 DOLLARS SPENT SO SERIOUS AND THE SIZE WAS A LARGE SIZE , I WAS TOTALLY SURPRISED, EVERYTHING ABOUT IT WAS DELICIOUS ! HABIT BURGER IS THE BEST PLACE TO ORDER FOOD THE BEST INCLUDING DINE IN FOR TASTE 🥇🏆🫶🏻💐👍🏻👍🏻!!!!!

There food and service is just amazing

Do not order with this app. This app uses third party delivery and does not allow for you to request a refund, remove a tip, or flag that a delivery did not arrive. They take no responsibility for anything after you place the order in the app. I am deleting it and will never use it again.

Your app needs a lot of improvement for ordering. Very confusing and not user friendly
