Habit Guide leads you on your personal journey to developing habits and skills that work for you. Establishing habits can mean saving energy on forcing discipline, focus and motivation. Beyond that, more and more research is finding the benefits of routines to extend to psychological well-being, such as helping insomnia and reducing anxiety. They can also enable you to simply be able to better plan time for creative activities and others that matter to you.
According to a study at UCL, it takes 66 days to establish a habit. We know that´s not nothing – and requires a lot of dedication and hard work – that’s why Habit Guide gives you all the support you need to reach your goals.
This is how it works:
- Set your goals: Long-term goals are necessary for self-improvement. They give us something to strive for and help keep us focused on where we want to be. Set your personal goal and think about your why – to fully understand what you are striving for.
- Bits – little tasks to hat help you grow: Focusing on five Success Factors: Balance, Focus, Confidence, Discipline and Foresight, Habit Guide is a well-rounded app that doesn´t just focus on set outcomes: it asks you to reflect and work on yourself. Habit Guide will send you bitesize tasks, called Bits, to implement throughout your week. Every Bit will bring you a step closer to the goal,s you´ve set out for yourself.
- Mood tracker – Reflection is a skill: By being prompted to think about your mood at the end of each day, you´ll be able to track your moods alongside your habits. This will give you a whole picture of how great you are doing.
- Rewards - to refresh and reset: You know best what you love – by itching to earn rewards for your dedication and hard work, you can add personalized rewards into your Reward Chest! Or select from exciting rewards that most feel like a treat to you!
- Customize – to make it your individual tool: While we’ve settled on the five Success Factors as the foundation of self-empowerment, where you go from there is up to you. You can fully customize Personal Habits, Reminders, Rewards, Motivational Quotes and more.

Theoretisch toll - praktisch sehe buggy und dubioses Geschäftsmodell

Leider gibt es echt viele Bugs in der App und es funktioniert nicht so wie es soll. Dazu soll es eine unbegrenzte Premium App irgendwo geben, kann sie aber nirgends finden. Überlege mir etwas Neues zu suchen.

Was mir besonders gefällt, ist der Mood Tracker. Ich werde jeden Tag daran erinnert, über meine Stimmung nachzudenken. Dazu kann ich mir noch eine kleine Notiz machen, warum ich genau dieses Gefühl hatte. Spannend gewisse Muster zu erkennen. Das hilft mir sehr, damit besser umzugehen.
