Habit Time Tracker And Control

I find this awesome and very useful. The idea it’s perfect to keep track of my time usage. The garden grows as much as the time I don’t pick the phone, which is a great idea to keep myself away from the phone. Also I see the garden very gorgeous. Thank you all!!

Love it!! Simple and easy... Edited: One day in and it has already said I have been on for 3 hours but just woke up and have not been on for that long... Very disappointing.

So far so good. Provides motivation to check phone less and reduce unnecessary time on the phone. Goal setting and positive reinforcement is great for training yourself to think before getting on the phone. All good for forming positive phone use habits.

I’m new to the app so I don’t really know how it works but my garden is Not really growing I think it is helping me to realize I need to lay off when it comes to phones

People tell me I am always looking at my phone. I guess I am right now. But I am sure it’s not that often. This app will tell. Great idea! Would like to see the actual percent on the day to day usage graph. Would also like to see a goal line on the chart. Would like the ability to personalize the look of the app. Ie change color and way data appears. I do love the app - these are just suggestions. Thank you.

I was looking for an app that would keep track of how much time I spent looking at my phone but wasn’t constantly bugging me about it. This app suits the bill as it lets me know hours spent looking at the phone and number of time I look at it. Plus it keeps a little tracker at the top corner of the screen at all times to serve as a little reminder to me. So far, so good!

I control my time screen. I found that is moreless accurate. Also it has the motivation feature to make grow your plants. It”s great

I did not know how much time I spent picking up my phone. I had to kill a number of 15 minute plants before I came to the realization that I was touching my phone too much. This was great. Thank you.

So far it’s good but the ads are annoying so I’m writing the review to get rid of them. I’m not sure why tracking my location is necessary...

Great motivation but when you start to grow your plants I notification will pop up and tell you to go to the app because your plant is growing then it will kill your plant if you go.
