Always have app connection issue. And disconnect
Bluetooth disconnection
The Bluetooth connection issue need to be resolved. Disconnected automatically within a week or two.

Attn Hafele not so Smart App , please solve this bluetooth connectivity ! After about 7-10 days cannot connect to iphone.. Especially when i out of country more than 7 days , cannot connect and have to uninstall again , it doesn’t make sense.. ! thanks for your reply
Good lock , lousy app
Good lock to use but lousy app support, Keeps losing Bluetooth connectivity, Also can’t do software update , It will keep going in a loop:(

Installed and work fine for a month. Had trouble pairing back again for gate and door for 6 months till date

It’s true, the Hafele smart lock disconnects from the app after 1-2 weeks. Have to constantly reset the Bluetooth connection from the Hafele smart lock
How could this be best selling lock?
The reason why they are best selling is because they have lots of tie up promotions with door/gate package and claimed “Germany” brand. At this technology era, you could get lots of well-known brands with proper apps and full of functionality. I highly won’t recommend this brand… Reviewed from Singapore

Stupid system
The bluetooth connection always disconnect. And the only way is to reset and connect back. So dumb. Who’s so free to keep resetting the lock just to be connected to the app? 🤦🏻♀️
