Description

The hager Pilot App is our app for the system integrator or installer to configure our smart home servers. The hager Pilot App can connect to the servers mentioned below via the local network or via the cloud. For access via the cloud, a myHager account and an online connection for the related networked server is required. The following products are currently supported by the hager Pilot App:
• TJA470 (domovea expert, Access, Easy Tool).
• TJA670 (domovea basic, EasyTool)
• TJA665 (easy configuration Server or Easy Tool)
• TJA510 & TJA510N (Access Gate)
• TJA560 (IoT Controller)

Furthermore, there is the possibility for customers to connect to arc fault detection devices (AFDDs) via BlueTooth.
In addition, the hager Pilot App replaces the following apps, which can no longer be obtained from App Store in the future:
• Hager Pilot Access (TJA510, TJA510N)
• IoT Controller (TJA560)
• Easy Tool (TXA100, TJA665)

Externer Zugriff (Alexa) nicht mehr möglich

Mit dem großen Update kann keine „Verbindung zum externem Zugriff“ mehr aufgebaut werden. Alexa etc. funktioniert somit nicht mehr. Lt Hotline wird zwar dran gearbeitet - das ist jetzt aber auch schon seit Anfang Mai so.

Aktuell nicht zu nutzen

Beim Start kommt nur eine weiße Seite. Ein Neustart bringt das gleiche Ergebnis.

Bug

Leider nur eine weiße Startseite ohne Inhalt. Geht weder bei ipad2019 noch bei iPhone X. Gibts da einen Grund dafür?

Tolles Tool

Es erleichtert den Absprung auf die Weboberfläche des Domovea, wo man die verschiedenen Bereiche konfigurieren kann. Sehr simpel.

Schlecht gemacht

Das easy tool lässt sich über die App sehr schlecht bedienen. Es ist nicht möglich die Räume über die App zu bearbeiten
