Stupid app and AC

The app needs to be developed it’s not working .. after connecting the device with internet make an error and can not continue the last step .. very stupid app

I have did everything and its connected successfully to the internet!! In the last step it keeps blocking me after string to cite and room. Error appears “ network doesn't work, please try later haier ac problem” and no solution i have did all the search on internet, your website and the app it self nothing there. Because i am stupid!!! I have bought 7 Aces from Haier. Worst experience ever Before giving me ur basic solutions! Kindly note that i am systems testing & Quality manager Worst experience ever.!!!!!!
