THIS APP HAS BEEN REPLACED BY THE "BIG ASS FANS" APP. PLEASE USE THAT APP INSTEAD.
• Select among your Haiku fan’s seven speeds and 16 unique LED brightness settings
• Enable Smart Mode for automatic speed adjustments
• See the current speed and light status for each Haiku
• Create schedules for speed and light settings
• Enable Sleep Mode, which monitors bedroom temperature and automatically adjust fan speed and keeps you comfortable all night
• Enable Whoosh® mode, which simulates natural breezes
• Adjust motion sensor settings
• Connect and control multiple Haiku fans
• Reverse fan direction

I like Big Fans and I Cannot Lie…
We’ve had this fan for many years now, and I’m always amazed at its operation, looks, and effectiveness. Always super quiet with excellent connectivity, it’s a great addition to our Great Room. I highly recommend BAF!
Around and around
Great ceiling fan and the motion sensor is a nice touch. I would recommend adding a step down feature: when set at a speed and step down selected the fan speed would lower one level every two hours and stay at level one. Other than that everything worn Ks great
Problems with app connecting
I like the fan - when the app works. If there’s a power outage the app disconnects and may take days - sometimes longer than a week - before it reconnects and is usable again. This is despite a strong WiFi signal in the room with the fan. Many of the most useful features of the fan are only accessible thru the app - such as speed range and desired temperature in sleep mode. When the app reconnects, everything is back to the default initial settings. 🥺. I’m not certain I’d buy another Haiku fan because of this.

Wonderful fans with an excellent app
These are wonderful fans, using very little electricity to quietly cool your house. We have two of them and we would buy more if we had more rooms. Highly, highly recommend.
Haiku lights and fan do not have steady network connection
Haiku discontinued the lights products and ever since they do not connect to the network properly. They go on and off all the time but all other products (Phillips hue lights, newt cameras, ring alarm, google door lock, laptops, ipad, and all other wireless devices connect sweet and smooth) work fine. It is a big pain these lights and all HAIKU products lack network stability. Very disappointed.
Great App
I use this original App for my three Haiku fans. I just want to keep things simple without having to have to sign up to more encompassing home automation Apps. This App work 100% great.
Amazing fan
On the lower settings there is 0 noise. Once you crank it up you can hear the blades moving but no motor noises. It’s an ideal fan for spots where you need a quiet fan. The app works well with the fan
Amazing hardware - terrible software.
Hardware is amazing. Software is terrible. Save yourself lots of trouble and choose another option.
