Hail State Rewards

I have tried to figure out where there’s any customer support, and it is no where on the app. I was long in, and it said it had no record of my account, and to contact support. How am I suppose to contact support if there are no buttons for it?? I hate to reach out this way but I want my account back. It logged me out too so now I can’t even look for a support button and it doesn’t recognize I have an account.

The app never loads first try. There are way too many bugs.

It just loads forever. Can’t use it anymore. What a waste

This app never opens, it stays stuck on the loading page and I can’t check in. Please fix this so I have priority for tickets

This app is sick

If there was a way to add the Leaderboards to the mobile app that would be awesome. Also, IMO please add more prizes! Thanks. This app deserves 5 stars! #Hailstate
