Cannot receive SMS
Seems like a great service but cannot receive SMS on American number. Also doesn’t make any sense to input phone number OR email as alternative then have to verify email with a phone number that you know can’t get the SMS.

Huge bugs and basically non functioning
It’s really sad and inconvenient that Hakuba makes such a good effort to do this taxi service yet this terrible Singaporean developer made an app that doesn’t function for 90% of the tourists who come to Japan. It requires a mobile number to register but only sends OTP to Japan and Australian numbers so the rest of the tourists that come to Japan and Hakuba to enjoy the warm hospitality are complete prevented from using the service. Way to go SWAT Mobility for your complete lack of mobility for every day users.

Using my non local jp phone number, blocked from trying out this app as I can’t get the sms activation code. Why is this part necessary when I can receive a code from email?

I’ve previously tried to make an account with my US phone number. Now, I am having difficulty logging back in- the app constantly says my phone number has already been used. When I tried logging in using my US phone number, the app assumed my number and was a Canadian number- I was unable to receive the SMS text for the code to verify despite trying multiple times. Not sure how to contact Support or Customer Service.
