Waiting over a month for an order. Always just get a generic answer. This is logistically horrible. Especially with the clothes being so expensive I expected way better service.

Si tu ne correspond pas au taille standard non seulement tu payes plus cher pour l’article mais tu n’as accès à aucune promotion… je suis vraiment frustrée du fait que j’aie pas le droit à une promotion simplement parce que je porte du 1x.. Discrimination sur la morphologie, en quoi le fait que je porte du 1x fait en sorte que je dois payer plus cher.. quand je contacte le service à la clientèle, ils m’offrent un code promo de 12% lol mais encore plus absurde je dois dépensé 90$ pour y avoir droit… J’aurais eu deux pantalons à 25$ chacune, c’est ce que mon budget me permettait… je trouvais que vos vêtements se démarquaient des autre marque, mais décidément votre culture d’entreprise est horrible..

I’m extremely disappointed with Halara’s return policy. First off, you have to pay for your returns, which is frustrating enough, but the real issue is how slow and complicated the whole process is. It feels like they’re deliberately making it difficult to return items, almost as if they want to discourage you from even trying. Returning something should be straightforward, but with Halara, it’s the opposite. If you’re considering ordering from them, just know that if your item doesn’t work out, getting a refund or exchange is going to be a hassle. They need to do better for their customers.

The quality of the product are amazing. It’s better than other expensive product I ever tried. The price is worth ❤️Highly recommended

I love the capris. I would like to order the jeans but the tall inseam is too short. I need 33 or 34 inseam depending on the style.
