Halbestunde Sheet Music Reader Reviews

It’s okay

It read my sheet music well but didn’t get the tempo or dynamic changes. I can’t add them in because everything costs money. It won’t allow me to export it to Flat or something to edit so I’m stuck with a mediocre scan. I wish there was another potion that didn’t cost a ton

cant read right

HarryPotterFunTime on

United States

I scanned my music and it literally didn’t play it right at all … like at all. it said the excerpt I scanned was a bunch rests but there are definitely notes. I have no idea how it read what it did (it was a pretty good picture with good lighting). don’t waste ur time lol

App crashing

Bunnibird on

United States

The app crashes every time I try to play the music. I tried it twice and it crashes and doesn’t even save the song so now I’m “done” with the trial but I didn’t even get to use it- 😡

It doesn’t even soule like how it’s supposed to be

I’m in a class and my band teacher has a big reputation for being the best band teacher and taking the good people on tours all around the world. Now I tried this in hopes that it’ll actually sound like it was meant for it. I used a song that I knew very well to test it out and it turns out 100% wrong. Not only that but the app shows disappointment to my band teacher if he ever tried this app out. And as a person who dreams of becoming a famous singer, I would never suggest this to the people who will be my musicians in the future.

Fail. Hasn’t successfully scanned a single sheet of music yet.

Saw this presented a FB ad as a way to scan sheet music to play along with. I’ve tried a few different pieces, including one that was pretty basic stuff. It missed so much, that it’s not practical. I’ve not gotten one both off usefulness out of it.

High accuracy

Drummond_Poncev on

The scanning accuracy is surprisingly precise, saving me an immense amount of time I'd otherwise spend on manual input.

Issue with player in practice mode

Honestly a scam

The sheet music scanner is garbage. No only that you only are able to take two photos, upload two photos, and upload two files. If you don’t buy there overpriced subscription.

I should have known!

Librrn106# on

It sounds too good to be true, it’s not at all what i needed or expected. I play bass. I don't want to hear a melody played on a bass, I wanted the bass part. The melodies are just played back with no visual music score to aid people wanting to improve their reading. I hoped for orchestra parts for serious music as well as simple songs. The current listings are extremely limited. Oh, well. Live and learn. I will cancel.

why give us viola option???

giiiaaaaaa- on

United States

violas use their own clef (annoying but it is what it is) i was looking at the free music and changed it to the viola instrument. first of all the music is the same for both the violin and violia which was the first red flag!! then i read the violia music and they don’t even usw our clef!!! what is the point of even having the viola instrument then!!!
