The 10k and 21 apps are fantastic. An ideal way to get off the couch and achieve something amazing.
I tried a few apps, having done couch to 5k and 10K but that company took me back to 3 and 4 min run/walk - with no long runs! This one felt for me like the perfect balance of long runs, short runs, fast/slow runs, etc. highly recommended.
Okay app but often crashes at the end of my workout so doesn't properly record things.
This is fantastic for those training for their first half marathon
