Half Staff App

For a paid app, I’d expect to have ALL half staff dates added. Not just holidays. When a former First Lady passed away in November 2023, Grandpa Biden issued a half staff order. This was not reflected in the app. What’s the point of paying for a flag reminder app when these types of half staff days are not included? Please include these and I will happily update my review. Thank you!

We’ve been under a half staff proclamation for 5 days now by the president. Never received any alerts. Only shows the next scheduled day. Figured for 99 cents it would be worth what they advertise but you don’t get what they say you will.

Need GA as a state to be 5 stars. Now I have to rely on a different program for governor’s orders.

The President ordered the flag at half staff a week ago for Queen Elizabeth but this app has no notification about it.

Both President and Governor ordered flag 1/2 staff today 09/09/2022 for the passing of the Queen. App did not show this information

This app is a must-have if you are a business or local government entity with flagpole(s). Gives you advance notice of the next half-staff days (Patriot Day, Memorial Day, etc) … and if you enable notifications, the app will alert you to Federal half-staff proclamations. The only improvement I would like to see is for the app developer to create an iPhone widget for the widget page. And maybe change the app’s main screen pic every now-and-again. Still… it’s a GREAT app.

Today may 28 2022 the flag is supposed to be at half. The app says full mast today. Come on! Just wasted $1.07.
