Can’t book a court as once logged In it tries to take you to gym and swimming when booking. Log out and close the app and re open without logging in and it’s at a page you can book badminton and squash.. useless

Cannot log on as I have a sky email attached to yahoo

App is a nightmare.! Wants me to sign up to monthly fees all the time .! You shouldn’t have to book to go swimming

Useless app. Very frustrating.

Tried several times but not finding swimming info. Staff at pool very helpful but now I am at home it is impossible to navigate to!

This joking? When booking gym it is said from 15 space available 13 and then i enter it is 44 people inside and really no space at all! I try to use different place and it is the same story, from 20 avalible 18 and inside 26 people!!! How it is possible? Any can answer??

Easy to book activities and find what you are looking for but a little clunky at times. I really dislike how I must dismiss the “refer a friend” page every time the app is opened. It makes getting to where you wan slower than it needs to be. Similarly every time you go to book an activity T&C most be accepted. As a member I have already opted in so why do I need to be reminded every time?

But you need to look at your memberships one swimming only to swimming and activities I know a lot of people that have left because they couldn’t afford the memberships because they only swim look at the age of pensioners Plus

Incredibly hard to book swimming for me and the kids as you can’t do it easily through the app as they sometimes all need to be members, sometimes there’s a non member option other times there isn’t. Also often can’t book more than 1 at a time which is a nightmare when you’re trying to book for a family. Then the back up of phoning up to book doesn’t work as no one answers the phone! We are keen swimmers and miss out due to the halo booking system
